The Hisey Group, Inc. is a full service development and consulting services corporation founded by Jason Hisey.

Jason Hisey is an Arizona licensed real estate broker, a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and registered contractor (KB-1). Jason brings over 20 years’ experience across $250 million in development, including over 260,000 square feet of commercial space and over 1,000 affordable housing units.

Jason Hisey has been the development and financing consultant for Arizona’s largest nonprofit organizations in their development and financing of affordable housing, medical space and office space financed with Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Affordable Housing Program funds, City and State Home Funds, HUD programs, Pima General Obligation Bond Funds, tax exempt bonds and conventional financing.

Working as owners representative, consultant, and developer for multiple 501 (c) (3) non-profit organizations, Jason has developed or renovated over 1,000 affordable units state wide utilizing various forms of financing, included, but not limited to; LIHTC, AHP, HOME, PAB, GO Bonds, CDBG, and conventional loan/debt structures.
