“Alborada Apartments” is a new construction project across four scattered sites in Tucson. The project services both low income families and persons experiencing homelessness.
Alborada Apartments features 127 units affordable housing located on four scattered sites: 250 E. Grant Rd, 2620 N. Balboa, 2940 N. Oracle Rd, and 20 single lots on South Park Avenue/Irvington Rd in Tuscon, AZ.
The Alborada Apartments include (6) Studios, (59) one bedroom units, (21) two bedroom units and (21) three bedroom multifamily apartments and (20) single family detached style home units.
