“Kingman Place Apartments” represents the acquisition and rehabilitation of 24 units to serve low income families in Kingman, Arizona. The finished units feature fully equipped kitchens, washer and dryer, and interior finishes comparable to market rate housing. The units target low income families at 50% and 60% AMI. The project meets ADA compliance, Section 504 and Fair Housing laws. Project is fully occupied.
