“Storacle Point Apartments” is a new construction project across four scattered sites in Tucson. The project services both low income families and persons experiencing homelessness.
The project maximizes efficiency by redeveloping various infill parcels in the Oracle Revitalization Area to provide sixty-six new affordable housing units as follows: 33 one-bedroom/one-bath units set aside for chronically homeless persons, 21 one- and four-bedroom units for low income families, and 12 single family detached homes for low income families. Each site included management offices and community space for supportive services.
