Sunnyside Pointe Villas

“Sunnyside Pointe Villas” is an affordable housing community within the Sunnyside Pointe subdivision in the City of Tucson. This project includes ninety one- and two-bedroom single family detached homes for low income seniors, age 62 and over, under the low income housing tax credit program.

This project includes a large community center with a large multi-purpose room for special events, a leasing office, reading area, and a warming kitchen. Supportive services are also offered onsite.
