West Point Apartments II

“West Point Apartments II” represents the new construction of eighty-five (85) affordable housing units to be developed at 20 East Ochoa in Tucson, Arizona 85701. The project will serve low-income seniors earning between 40% and 60% of Area Median Income. The project includes amenities for residents, offices for supportive services staff and property management staff. The residents will also receive supportive services.
