West Point Apartments

“West Point Apartments” is the acquisition and division of the Old Westerner building in Downtown Tucson for an adaptive reuse from commercial office into fifty one-bedroom/one bath affordable housing units for older adults. The project is in the Downtown Infill Incentive District, features urban efficient design, a rooftop garden and patio, first floor community space including a full kitchen, games and activity room, offices, supportive services and a fully equipped fitness gym.
