Jason Hisey is the Designated Broker of Stonecorner Real Estate and Development, Inc. Stonecorner was formed in 2019 to serve as the property management agent of the affordable housing portfolio of La Frontera Partners, Inc., an Arizona nonprofit corporation and one of Southern Arizona’s most active affordable housing developers.
The Hisey Group has provided consulting services for all of La Frontera’s housing projects, and over the last twelve years has grown their portfolio to over 1200 units, with 200 under development and 300 more in planning stages. Stonecorner is a wholly owned subsidiary of La Frontera Partners, Inc. and now offers full service multifamily property management services.
Stonecorner Real Estate & Development
Stonecorner manages a portfolio of over 1200 affordable housing units, including LIHTC and HUD Section 8 Multifamily properties. Stonecorner is a HUD approved property management firm.
