Stonecorner was formed in 2019 to serve as the property management agent of the affordable housing portfolio of La Frontera Partners, Inc., an Arizona nonprofit corporation and one of Southern Arizona’s most active affordable housing developers.

Stonecorner manages a portfolio of over 1200 affordable housing units, including LIHTC and HUD Section 8 Multifamily properties. Stonecorner is a HUD approved property management firm.
