Crossing Point Villas

A new construction affordable housing community consisting of sixty single-family, detached-style rental units for low income families. The project includes two-bedroom/one-bath, three-bedroom/two-bath, and four-bedroom/two bath housing units with a community building offering supportive services for families.

The project followed the prescriptive path for sustainable development and interior finishes comparable to market-rate housing. The community building includes a large multipurpose room for special events, a leasing/manager’s office, library/reading area, warming kitchen, playground and offices
