“Miracle Point Apartments” represents the acquisition of a bank owned property for the new construction of forty permanent supportive housing units for chronically homeless households in need of supportive services.

The community includes forty one- and two-bedroom/one bath with a large community center which includes a full kitchen, management offices, supportive services offices and classrooms for wellness classes. The project design follows the Housing First Model and includes energy efficient design elements.
