Sunnyside Pointe Villas II

“Sunnyside Pointe Villas II” is an affordable housing community within the Sunnyside Pointe subdivision in the City of Tucson.

This project includes ninety-two one- and two-bedroom single family detached homes for low income seniors, age 55 and over, with a set side of 25% of the units reserved for persons with developmental disabilities. This project includes a large community center with a large multi-purpose room for special events, a leasing office, reading area, and a warming kitchen. Supportive services are also offered onsite.
